The brief

Three very different business streams: an interior shop, project sites and rental. One admin was too noisy, three separate tools too expensive.

The solution

One Supabase database, three installable PWAs each with their own icons. Céline works from her phone, clients only see the public side.

Céline runs three different streams: an interior shop, projects (work at clients' homes) and decoration rental. One admin became an unreadable mush; three separate tools too expensive and fragmented. She also often works on site, with variable or no connection.

Key decisions

One database, three PWAs

Instead of one overloaded admin: three installable apps (Shop, Projects, Rental) on the same data. Each screen shows only what's relevant to that stream.

Offline-first for Projects

On a site the connection is often poor. Photos and notes stored locally, synced once the network returns.

Public vs internal strictly separated

Clients see a polished portfolio; Céline sees the working side. No risk internal work accidentally goes public.

What I'd redo

Three PWAs from one codebase is powerful but demands discipline in how you organize shared code. I revised the structure halfway so a fourth stream is trivial to add later. Thinking about extensibility earlier would have saved that rework.
