The brief

The WordPress site on one.com was slow and expensive and even went offline over an unpaid hosting invoice. Every change to the services had to go through a third party.

The solution

Full rebuild in Next.js + Supabase with an own admin for services (plumbing, heating, AC, ventilation) and blog. Trilingual (NL/FR/EN), contact form with photo upload and required phone number, all content and photos migrated.

Favesan (plumbing, heating, AC, ventilation) had a WordPress site on one.com that was slow and expensive — and even went offline over an unpaid hosting invoice. An installer can't have their visibility hang on a setup like that.

What I'd redo

The build came together fast; the real delay was prying the domain loose at one.com. Lesson: start the domain transfer on day one, parallel to the build — not as the final step.
